Andreas has been working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities and co-morbid mental health issues since 2004. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Andreas has continued with postgraduate degrees in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Clinical Psychology (CBT-orientation).
Andreas is particularly interested in the Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support frameworks and especially on the employment and further development of functional behaviour assessment protocols, behaviour support plans, functional communication interventions and bio-behavioural interventions for the treatment of aggressive and self-injurious behaviours.
Andreas is currently working towards his Doctorate degree at Warwick University, Centre for Educational Development, Appraisal and Research (CEDAR).
